EUTO is an association under Belgian law (vzw/asbl). The association has numerous members in the tourist profession, mostly grouped in national associations.

Those professionals are entitled to Full Membership of EUTO. Each national association in Full Membership is entitled to be represented by two delegates in the General Assembly, which is the highest decision making authority of EUTO, and one delegate in the Board.

Other tourist professionals, not belonging to a national tourist association in membership of EUTO, are entitled to Associated Membership of EUTO. Each country is allowed one representative of its associated members in the General Assembly and in the Board.
