The Board shall perform all duties which are not within the exclusive competence of the General Assembly and specifically

• Deal with the financial situation of EUTO, the balancing of the books and the Auditors’ report;
• Elect the President and the Vice President;
• Elect two (2) Auditors to audit the books of each financial year;
• Confirm the EUTO working programme and the theme and the place of the Annual Convention;
• Set the level of annual contributions;
• Confirm the budget for each year; Elect or appoint a Secretary-General and a Treasurer; Elect new members;
• Suspend members;
• Recommend to the General Assembly the expulsion of members.
