The Board shall perform all duties which are not within the exclusive competence of the General Assembly and specifically:

• Deal with the financial situation of EUTO, the balancing of the books and the Auditors' report
• Elect the President and the Vice President
• Elect two (2) Auditors to audit the books of each financial year
• Confirm the EUTO working programme and the theme and the place of the Annual Study Visit
• Set the level of annual contributions
• Confirm the budget for each year; Elect or appoint a Secretary-General and a Treasurer; Elect new members
• Suspend members
• Recommend to the General Assembly the expulsion of members
