It is the responsibility of the Board to:
- Deal with the financial management of EUTO
- Elect the President and the Vice President
- Elect Auditors
- Confirm the EUTO working programme and the theme and the place of the Annual Study Visit
- Set the level of annual contributions
- Confirm the budget for each year
- Elect or appoint a Secretary-General and a Treasurer
- Elect new members
- Make recommendations to the General Assembly
