The General Assembly shall meet once a year and conduct the following business:

• Receive a report of the previous year given by the Board;
• Receive a report from the Board detailing the financial situation of EUTO, the balancing of the books and the Auditors’ report;
• Confirm the accounts and grant the Board an accountable discharge from liability;
• Deal with other matters presented by the Board;

In addition to the above, the General Assembly shall take responsibility for decisions on:

• The confirmation of the Board’s actions;
• The modifications of the Articles of EUTO;
• The dissolution of EUTO.
