The General Assembly shall meet once a year and conduct the following business:
- Receive a report of the previous year given by the Board
- Receive a report from the Board detailing the financial situation of EUTO, the balancing of the books and the Auditors' report;
- Confirm the accounts and grant the Board an accountable discharge from liability
- Deal with other matters presented by the Board
In addition to the above, the General Assembly shall take responsibility for decisions on:
- The confirmation of the Board's actions
- The modifications of the Articles of EUTO
- The dissolution of EUTO
