| The Executive Bodies of EUTO are: the General Assembly, the Board and the Auditors.
The delegates of the Full and Affiliate members and the Board of EUTO together constitute the General Assembly.
The Board of EUTO consists of the President, the Immediate Past President, the Vice President, together with one representative from each Full and Affiliate member and one representative, per country, of Associate members.
The President, the Vice President and the Treasurer are elected, individually for a term of three years. Full and Affiliate members will elect their representatives. On completion of the period of office, the President remains a member of the Board serving as the Immediate Past President.
Two Executive Bodies determine and control the work of EUTO, namely the Board and the General Assembly.
The Board consists of the President, Immediate Past President, Vice President, Secretary-General and Treasurer together with 1 representative from each Full and Affiliate member and 1 representative per country, of Associate members. Apart from the Secretary-General, who is an appointed officer, and the Immediate Past President, the President, Vice President and Treasurer are elected individually for a term of 3 years. They may be re-elected for a further term of 3 years. Remaining members are elected by their own Full or Affiliated Associations or members. This body meets three times a year to manage work programmes and further the networking of issues affecting tourism throughout Europe as well as deal with administrative matters.
The General Assembly comprises a membership that consists of nominated individuals from each member. This body currently meets once a year (at the same time as the Annual Convention), to formalise policy, work programmes and further the networking of issues affecting tourism throughout Europe .
The day to day operation of EUTO is carried out by the President and the Vice President.
